Pricing questions

What is an active producer seat?

Any producer who drafts or edits a bid in a billing month. Producers who do not touch BidFrame in a month do not consume a seat. Approvers who only view bids do not count.

What if we go over the seat count?

Studio at 3 seats and Production at 10 seats expand by upgrading the tier. Enterprise seat counts are negotiated. We will not auto-charge an overage without a conversation.

Is there a per-bid charge?

No. Every plan includes unlimited bids. The platform fee is the only fee.

What does the trial cover?

14 days of full Studio, every feature unlocked, credit card required at signup. Convert to a paid Studio plan or cancel before day 14. Production and Enterprise prospects get a guided pilot instead.

Can we pay annually?

Yes. Annual contracts on every tier come with two months free, a 17 percent discount on list. Studio at $1,490, Production at $5,990, Enterprise at $14,990.

How do we cancel?

Monthly Studio plans cancel anytime from the in-app billing page. Annual contracts run to term and renew unless cancelled 30 days before renewal. Customer Content remains exportable to CSV, XLSX, and HTML through the cancellation window.

Do you offer custom pricing?

Enterprise contracts are custom-shaped around seat count, SLA, DPA, and onboarding. Anything below 25 seats fits inside Studio or Production at list. We do not discount Studio or Production list pricing.

What about onboarding?

Studio is self-serve and takes under an hour to set up. Production includes a guided setup call. Enterprise includes a dedicated CSM and structured rollout across offices.
